    Keeping you happy is our number one priority. We give our customers and products the upmost care. We do our best to provide you with the highest quality cigars, and accessories, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. Every single cigar is hand inspected for quality and undergoes a series of several spot-checks by our very own factory cigar rollers, to on site managers in Nicaragua & Dominican Republic to logistics & shipping staff for accuracy and quality. The final port of arrival is Chicago where Master Cigar Expert Rafael Jaca hand inspects each and every single cigar before shipment.

    Due to the nature of the services we provide, and the level of care that goes into inspections we offer no returns but ensures your cigar is a 100% quality product from the best tobacco leaves the world has to offer. The reason that we abide by our no returns policy is that we are a premium line of cigars, our shipment arrives direct from Nicaragua from our own factory weekly with deep quality inspection. The only exception with our return policy is if the item is dead on arrival or damaged. Please contact Don Rafa cigars within 72 hours of delivery to address any issues.
